"This branch opened on the first week of March 2025. I had good dine-in and take-out experiences here. The food was served quickly (within 3-10 minutes) and without missing items. They accept cash, card, and mobile cash apps—but I had two dine-in experiences when their card terminal was out of order, so even mobile cash apps couldn’t be accepted at the time. The drive-thru is mostly quick, but the waiting bay is sometimes used. This branch can also be found on both FoodPanda and GrabFood. This branch’s store hours were initially from 8AM to 10PM everyday, but they shifted to being open 24/7 since June 16, 2025. Pets aren’t allowed inside this branch."

"The place is a bit smaller than other KFC stores, but the staff make up for it with their fast and great service!"

"This is like any other KFC's originals recipe is available as is Krispy recipe though a little spicy. One negative is the unsweetened is serve of coarse unsweetened BUT you can get a plastic packet of transparent liquid to add to you iced tea which gives you a super sweet liquid with a after taste. NOT MY FAVOURITE"

"The food at KFC Bay was great, as expected. The chicken was crispy and delicious, and the service was good. However, I was disappointed to see a manager loudly scolding a staff member. It was very unprofessional and seemed to humiliate the employee. I'm sure the manager wants the best for the team, but there are much better, more professional ways to provide feedback than in front of customers."
